摘要 抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病,临床上把抑郁症又称为抑郁障碍,归为精神心理疾病。抑郁症的病因较为复杂,致病机制也较为复杂,众多研究表明,抑郁症是一种多因素的精神疾病,主要是由生物学因素、心理、社会环境因素等多种因素交织在一起的复杂疾病^([1])。其中生物学因素多与遗传因素、内分泌因素以及神经因素有关联,心理因素中抑郁气质与抑郁症病人关联性较大。
