Study on New Technology of Dust Removal Using Bubble in Coal Mine

摘要 煤尘对煤炭生产危害极大,不仅易使工人患尘肺疾病,而且在一定条件下还会发生爆炸,因此煤尘治理是煤矿生产安全的有力保障。鉴于此,文章提出了一种新型泡泡除尘技术,即用体积较大的泡泡来捕捉空气中漂浮的粉尘,从而达到净化空气的目的。首先分析了泡泡的形成机制和泡泡除尘机理,然后利用针对煤尘治理而配置的发泡液,在自行开发的实验平台上进行了煤尘的泡泡除尘模拟实验,其结果表明:煤尘浓度越高,自然沉降时达到国标值以下的时间则越长,如实验模拟最高浓度时的自由沉降时间最长可达3 h左右,而泡泡除尘时达到国标值以下的时间只有几分钟;煤尘浓度越高,泡泡除尘用时则呈线性增加;与此同时,当煤尘被泡泡捕捉并湿润后,则随着泡泡的破裂而一起沉降到地面,进而丧失了二次扬尘的能力。文章的研究结果可为煤尘治理提供新技术支持。 Coal dust control is a powerful guarantee to prevent workers from suffering from pneumoconiosis,inhibit dust explosion,and promote coal mine production safety.Therefore,a new type of dust removal technology using bubbleis proposed in this paper,which uses large bubbles to capture the floating dust in the air,so as to achieve the purpose of air purification.First,the formation mechanism of bubbles and the mechanism of bubble dust removal are analyzed.Then,the dust removal simulation experiment of coal dust using bubble was carried out on the self-developed experimental platform by using the foam liquid for coal dust treatmen.The results show that:the higher the concentration of coal dust is,the longer the time for natural settlement to reach the national standard value is.For example,the free settlement time of the highest concentration simulated in the experiment can reach about 3 hours,while the time for dust removal using bubble to reach the national standard value is only a few minutes;The higher the concentration of coal dust is,the longer the time of bubble dedusting increases linearly;At the same time,when the coal dust is captured and wetted by bubbles,it will sink to the ground with the rupture of bubbles,and then lose the ability of secondary dust raising.The research results of this paper can provide new technical support for coal dust control.
