摘要
通过对高校图书馆文化现状的分析,从馆史文化、馆舍文化、藏书文化、制度文化和精神文化五个角度思考加强图书馆文化建设的具体措施,图书馆文化发展要坚持大资源观、大开发观、大发展观的原则,通过跨界联合一切力量打造协同协作共同发展的新格局,通过内修提升图书馆和图书馆员的学习力、思想力和行动力,形成图书馆与时代需求相吻合、符合自身特色的文化创新力和发展力。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of university library culture,this paper discusses the specific measures to strengthen the construction of library culture from the perspectives of library history culture,library building culture,book collection culture,system culture and spiritual culture.The development of library culture should adhere to the principles of large resource view,large development view and large growth view,create a new pattern of collaborative development through cross-border joint efforts,improve the learning ability,thinking ability and action ability of the library and librarians through internal cultivation,and form the cultural innovation and development ability of the library in line with the needs of the times and its own characteristics.
