Analysis of foodborne disease surveillance results in Dalad Banner of Inner Mongolia from 2017-2019

摘要 目的分析2017—2019年内蒙古达拉特旗食源性疾病监测结果,为当地食源性疾病的防控提供建议。方法收集国家食源性疾病监测报告系统中2017—2019年达拉特旗各哨点医院报告的食源性疾病监测数据建立数据库并进行分析描述。结果 2017—2019年,达拉特旗共报告食源性疾病1 158例,平均每年报告386例,患者男女性别比为1.13∶1,≤13岁儿童青少年占比较大,散居儿童报告病例数最多,以5—7月发病较集中。粮食类及其制品、乳与乳制品、混合食品、水果类及其制品、肉与肉制品依次排在可疑食品种类前5位。70%病例可疑进食场所为家庭,因家庭自制食品引起疾病的病例数居首位。结论应着力完善基层单位监测体系,结合当地实际,按季节性特点加大防控力度;将儿童青少年预防工作作为重点,发挥社区作用,加强食源性疾病与健康饮食宣传教育。 Objective To analyze the results of foodborne disease surveillance in Dalad Banner of Inner Mongolia from 2017-2019,provide suggestions for prevention and control of foodborne disease in this area. Methods The data of foodborne disease surveillance reported by the sentinel hospitals in Dalad Banner from 2017-2019 were collected from the National foodborne disease surveillance and reporting system,and a database was established for analysis and description. Results From 2017-2019,a total of 1 158 cases of foodborne diseases were reported in Dalad Banner,with an average of 386 cases reported each year. The male-to-female ratio of patients was 1.13 ∶1. Children aged 13 and below accounted for a large number of cases. The number of scattered child cases was the largest. The cases were concentrated from May to July. Grain and its products,milk and dairy products,mixed food,fruit and its products,meat and meat products ranked in the top five suspect food categories. More than 70%of suspected eating places were in families,with home-made food likely to cause the highest number of illnesses. Conclusion It is necessary to make great efforts to improve the monitoring system of grassroots units,strengthen prevention and control according to seasonal characteristics in combination with local reality,focus on prevention of children and adolescents,and give full play to the role of the community,to strengthen the publicity and education of foodborne diseases and healthy diet.
