摘要
《秘传内府经验女科》是清代吴悔庵篡辑的一部女科专著,分五卷对妇人经、带、胎、产的生理病理进行了比较详细的阐述。其学源经典,博采众长;辨证论证,脉证互参;调和阴阳,重视心脾;善用四物,崇尚生化;注重内服,兼用外治等学术特点对后学有所启迪,值得进一步探讨和研究。
The book Michuan Neifu Jingyan Nvke was a gynecological and obstetrical monograph written by WU Hui’an in Qing dynasty. It was divided into five volumes to elaborate the physiology and pathology of women’s menstruation, leukorrheal, pregnant and obstetrics. This article will give an overview on the academic characteristics of the book from five perspectives: the classics source, learn from others;dialectic argument, mutual reference of pulse syndrome;harmonize Yin and Yang, attach importance to heart and spleen;make good use of Siwu, advocate Shenghua;pay attention to internal and external treatment. These academic characteristics enlighten later learning and are worth further discussion and research.
