专业小组式带教在ICU护理教学中的应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究分析在ICU护理教学当中,采取专业小组式带教模式的应用效果。方法从2018年8月—2019年8月该院接收的ICU实习护生中抽选41名,列为对照组,在ICU护理教学中采取一对一带教模式进行护理教学,再从2019年9月—2020年9月该院接收的ICU实习护生中抽选41名,列为研究组,在ICU护理教学中采取专业小组式带教模式进行护理教学,对比两种教学方式中,护生学习效果。结果研究组护生教师满意度评分、职业归属感评分、学习获得感评分等均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.309、4.701、7.193,P<0.001),且研究组护生操作成绩、理论成绩和总成绩等均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.932、4.389、8.105,P<0.001)。结论在ICU护理教学当中,采取专业小组式带教模式能够有效提高ICU护理教学效率,培养护生观察力与责任心,同时能够让护生对医院有更多的归属感,护生职业素养得到锻炼,护理教学效果比较好。 Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of professional group teaching mode in ICU nursing teaching.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,41 nurses were selected from the ICU trainees accepted by the hospital and listed as the control group.In the ICU nursing teaching,the one-to-one teaching mode was adopted for nursing teaching,and then from September 2019 to September 2020,41 of the ICU nurse trainees accepted by the hospital were selected as the study group.In the ICU nursing teaching,a professional group teaching model was adopted for nursing teaching.Comparison of the two teaching methods,learning effect of nursing students.Results The teacher satisfaction scores,occupational belonging scores,and learning achievement scores of the study group of nursing students were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.309,4.701,7.193,P<0.001),and the study group of nursing students operation scores,theoretical scores and total scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.932,4.389,8.105,P<0.001).Conclusion In ICU nursing teaching,adopting professional group teaching mode can effectively improve the efficiency of ICU nursing teaching,cultivate the observation ability and sense of responsibility of the nursing students,and at the same time can make the nursing students have more sense of belonging to the hospital and the professional quality of the nursing students can be exercised,whose nursing teaching effect is better.
