摘要
目的了解血液中心对献血者皮肤消毒效果状况,为献血者安全皮肤消毒提供依据。方法通过回顾性分析,对上海市血液中心不同血液采集点献血者皮肤消毒状况进行调查与评估。结果共监测4342例献血者,皮肤消毒后无菌生长率为79.16%,总合格率为98.25%。从皮肤消毒后检出阳性的样本中分离到腐生葡萄球菌。该血液中心对献血者皮肤消毒采用5组方法,其中采用碘酊擦拭+酒精脱碘消毒法(方法3)消毒效果合格率最高。不同献血场所的献血者皮肤消毒合格率比较无显著性差异。结论该血液中心对献血者皮肤消毒方法种类多,但以碘酊与酒精双消毒方法效果最可靠。
Objective To know the skin disinfection efficacy of blood donors in Blood Center,and to provide safe skin disinfection for blood donors.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to investigate and evaluate the status of skin disinfection of blood donors from different blood collection sites in Shanghai Blood Center.Results A total of 4342 blood donors were monitored after the skin disinfection.79.16%of culture plates yield no bacteria growth,and the overall qualified rate was 98.25%.Staphylococcus saprophyticus was isolated from culture positive plates after skin disinfection.Five different methods of skin disinfection were used for Blood Donors in Shanghai Blood Center,and the iodine tincture wiping with alcohol deiodination(Method 3)had the highest qualified rate of all.There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of skin disinfection of blood donors from different blood donation sites.Conclusion Variety of skin disinfection methods were implemented for blood donors in Shanghai Blood Center.The iodine tincture and alcohol double had the most reliable effect in skin disinfection.
