高海拔高污秽套管绝缘结构设计及电场分析

摘要 本文设计的进出线套管,使用在海拔4500m、IV级污秽等级、35kV充气柜中。目前市场上,还没有发现满足此设计要求的套管,主要由于该套管的绝缘性能要求非常高,套管的设计难度比较大。本文主要根据进出线套管的使用条件,对其绝缘结构进行设计,同时对屏蔽网的屏蔽效果进行研究,对相应的结构设计进行电场仿真分析,通过对上述设计的套管,进行工频耐压试验和雷电冲击试验,最终对其设计进行相应的验证,通过试验验证,套管的所有技术参数都符合设计要求,为类似的35kV套管的结构设计与仿真分析提供参考。 The inlet and outlet bushings designed in this paper are used in 35kV inflatable cabinets at an altitude of 4500m and the pollution level grade IV.No casing has been found to meet the design requirements on the market,mainly because the insulation performance requirements of the casing are very high,and the casing design is quite difficult.Based on the operation conditions of inlet and outlet bushings,their insulation structure is designed and the shielding effect of the shielding network is studied.The electric field simulation analysis of the corresponding structure design has been carried out.The power frequency withstand voltage test and lightning impulse test have been conducted on the above designed bushing.The corresponding verification of the design has been performed to prove that all the technical parameters of bushings meet the design requirements,which can provide a reference for the structural design and simulation analysis of similar 35kv bushings.
