摘要
在向第二个百年奋斗目标迈进的历史关口,从世界百年未有之大变局看,只有稳住农业基本盘,守好"三农"基础,才能应变局,开新局。乡村振兴战略为解决"三农"问题,推进经济新发展提供了战略支持。该文以乡村振兴战略为研究对象,旨在论证其在双循环新发展格局中的作用,为构建新发展格局建言献策。通过分析得知,乡村振兴战为双循环新发展格局提供了内生动力、可持续发展动力和战略支持,为畅通国民经济循环贡献力量。
With China at a historical juncture of marching toward its second centenary goal, and from the perspective of the great changes unseen in the world in a century, only by stabilizing the basic situation of agriculture and consolidating the foundation for agriculture, rural areas, and work relating to farmers, can we tackle the changing situations and open up new prospects. The rural vitalization strategy has provided strategic support for solving the problems related to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers and promoting new economic development. Taking the rural vitalization strategy as the research object, this paper aims to demonstrate its role in the dual-cycle new development pattern, and to give suggestions for the construction of the new development pattern. Through the analysis of this paper, we know that the rural vitalization strategy provides endogenous power, driving force of sustainable development, and strategic support for the dual-cycle new development pattern, and contributes to the smooth economic circulation of the country.
