摘要
结合湖南省美丽乡村建设的实际情况,总结乡村规划编制过程的经验,提出坚持生态保护、遵循因地制宜、发挥村民作用、注重产业发展、留住乡村文化和实施整体推进等六大编制原则,采用切实可行的规划编制方法,健全乡村规划编制配套制度,全面推动美丽乡村建设,进而实现乡村振兴。
Combined with the actual situation of beautiful rural construction in Hunan Province,the experience in the process of rural planning was summarized,and a conclusion that after following six planning principles was put forword,i.e.,adhering to ecological protection,following local conditions,giving full play to the main role of villagers,paying attention to industrial development,retaining rural culture and implementing overall promotion,adopting feasible planning methods,improving the supporting system of rural planning and comprehensively promoting beautiful rural construction,realizing rural revitalization.
