摘要
目的:探讨高等职业院校护理专业贫困生成人依恋类型、应对方式与心理健康水平之间的关系。方法:整群抽样选取某高等职业院校155名贫困护生为调查对象,采用成人依恋量表(AAS)、大学生人格问卷(UPI)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对护生进行调查。结果:安全型依恋者占40.65%,拒绝型依恋占7.09%,恐惧型依恋占22.58%,先占型依恋占29.68%;积极应对得分为(1.99±0.46)分,消极应对得分为(1.19±0.52)分;UPI总分为(17.47±10.55)分。相关分析显示,依恋焦虑维度与消极应对方式、UPI总分呈正相关(r值为0.483和0.333,P<0.01),与积极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.175,P<0.05)。亲近依赖维度与积极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.177,P<0.05),与UPI总分呈负相关(r=-0.209,P<0.05)。路径分析显示,消极应对方式在依恋焦虑和心理健康之间起中介作用(P<0.05)。结论:高等职业院校贫困护生依恋焦虑、消极应对方式与心理健康关系密切,依恋焦虑可以直接影响心理健康,也可以通过影响消极应对来降低个人心理健康水平。
Objective:To explore the relationship between adult attachment types,coping styles and mental health of impoverished nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Methods:A total of155 impoverished nursing students from a higher vocational college was selected as the survey subjects by cluster sampling,and the Adult Attachment Scale(AAS),University Personality Inventory(UPI),and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)were used to survey the nursing students.Results:Safe attachment,refusal attachment,fear attachment,and preemptive attachment accounted for 40.65%,7.09%,22.58%and 29.68%,respectively.The scores of positive coping and negative coping were(1.99±0.46)and(1.19±0.52),respectively.The total score of UPI was(17.47±10.55).Correlation analysis showed that attachment anxiety was positively correlated with negative coping style and UPI(r values were 0.483 and 0.333,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with positive coping style(r=-0.175,P<0.05).The closeness dependence was positively correlated with positive coping styles(r=0.177,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with UPI(r=-0.209,P<0.05).The result of path analysis showed that negative coping style played a mediating role between attachment anxiety and mental health(P<0.05).Conclusions:Attachment anxiety and negative coping style are closely related to mental health of impoverished nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Attachment anxiety can directly affect mental health,and can also reduce the level of personal mental health by influencing negative coping style.
