摘要
针对光电检测原理,分析影响编码器精度的因素主要有在光电信号插补细分过程中直流偏量、幅值误差和相位误差以及安装偏心导致的长周期误差。通过对以上误差形成的原因进行研究,提出一种基于双传感器互补的检测方式,降低了光电编码器对同心度的要求,进一步提高了编码器的精度。
According to the principle of optical detection,the main factors affecting the accuracy are DC drift,amplitude error,phase error during the subdivision and long period error caused by installation eccentricity.By studying the causes of the above errors,a detection method based on the complementary of dual sensorsis proposed,which reduces the requirements of concentricity of the optical encoder and further improves theaccuracy of the encoder.
