天津生态城太阳辐射特征分析及算法评估 被引量:2

摘要 利用2014年8月14日—2015年8月12日天津市生态城太阳能观测站和同期气象观测资料,统计分析生态城太阳辐射特征,并对各向同性和各向异性两种倾斜面太阳辐射计算模型的精度和误差来源进行评估,结果表明:生态城水平面和倾斜面曝辐量在月均值、季节和年总量上存在较大差异,利用水平面太阳辐射进行光伏发电预估会存在误差;太阳辐射日变化特征受不同天气条件的影响,电站需根据天气情况调整发电策略,尤其应注意多云或阴天造成的发电功率的间歇性和不稳定;两种计算模型精度相当,整体计算效果较好,引入直射比分段计算函数的不确定性是造成计算误差的主要原因。 Based on the data from solar energy observation station and meteorological observation in the same period from August 14,2014 to August 12,2015,the solar radiation characteristics of the eco city were statistically analyzed,and the accuracy and error sources of the isotropic and anisotropic inclined plane solar radiation calculation models were evaluated.Results show that there are great differences in monthly mean,season and annual total amount of horizontal and inclined surface exposure in eco city.There will be errors in the prediction of photovoltaic power generation by using horizontal solar radiation.The diurnal variation of solar radiation is affected by different weather conditions,so the power generation strategy should be adjusted according to the weather conditions,especially the intermittent and unstable power generation caused by cloudy or cloudy days.The accuracy of the two models is the same,and the overall calculation effect is better.The main reason for the calculation error is the uncertainty of the piecewise calculation function of the direct ratio.
