摘要
借助Nvivo质性分析软件,选取民族地区三所高校的19位辅导员作为研究对象展开访谈调查,对结果进行分析。研究发现:辅导员危机事件应对影响因素包含个人因素和环境因素,个人因素在辅导员危机事件应对的影响因素中占据核心地位。在个人因素中,能力因素是最重要的影响因素,领导支持与制度支持是较为明显的环境影响因素。基于此,从建立危机分享渠道,提升辅导员危机应对能力;发挥领导轴心作用、打通学校组织协作,完善学校制度保障,健全危机管理体系,增进民族团结认识、推进中华民族共同体教育四个方面提出了建议。
With the help of Nvivo qualitative analysis software,19 counselors from three colleges and universities in ethnic areas were selected as research objects to conduct interview investigations.The influencing factors of counselors'response to crisis events include personal factors and environmental factors,among which personal factors play a core role.Among the personal factors,the ability factor is the most important influencing factor,while the leadership support and the system support are the obvious environmental influencing factors.Suggestions are put forward in the following four aspects:establish crisis sharing channels and improve the crisis response ability of counselors;give full play to the role of leadership axis and enhance school organization and cooperation;improve the school system guarantee and perfect the crisis management system;enhance the understanding of national unity and promote the education of the Chinese national community.
