摘要
延安时期的司法理念继承了中央苏区时期人民司法的优良传统,并根据抗日战争时期民族独立和解放的历史使命和要求,赋予了新的价值内涵,形成了具有鲜明时代特色的人民司法理念。延安时期的司法理念体现了中国共产党先进思想的价值引领,体现了人民群众的根本利益诉求,反映了作为国家权力而存在的司法权与乡村治理理念复杂多变的张力弥合过程,对新时代人民司法建设也具有重要历史借鉴价值。
The judicial ideology in the Yan’an Period integrated the valuable heritage of the people’s judicial system in the Central Soviet Area Period.The historical mission and requirements for national independence and liberation in the Anti-Japanese War infused it with new value and connotation,which formed the people’s judicial ideology with distinctive characteristics of the time.The judicial ideology in the Yan’an Period embodied the value orientation of CPC’s advanced thoughts and people’s essential interest and demands.It also reflected the complicated process where national judicial power and rural governing ideology met and adapted to each other.Valuable historical reference was provided for the people’s judicial construction in the new era.
