摘要 肠道微环境已被证实与人体各大系统的肿瘤间均有密切联系。然而,肠道微环境与中枢神经系统(CNS)胶质瘤间的联系却常常被忽视。本综述介绍了肠道微环境通过神经、免疫、内分泌等多种途径对胶质瘤增殖的影响,以及肠脑轴传递的神经因子、信号通路、小胶质细胞的活化与能量代谢等机制,初步揭示肠脑轴对胶质瘤的作用;同时,也提示胶质瘤的研究可将视角投向CNS以外更广阔的方向中。 The intestinal microenvironment has been confirmed to show a close association with tumors in all systems of human body.However,its connection with glioma was often overlooked.Herein,we summarized the effects of intestinal microenvironment on glioma progression through various ways,including neural,immune,and endocrine pathways.We concluded several mechanisms of the transmission of neurogenic factors and signals through the gut-brain axis,the activation of microglia,and energy metabolism that may initially shed light on the impact of the gut brain axis on glioma malignancy.Meanwhile,it was wished that this review may enable glioma researchers to have a broader view beyond the central nervous system(CNS).
