摘要
目的:设计一套能够为紧急医学救援装备效能评估提供重要参考依据和辅助决策的评价系统。方法:系统采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)软件架构设计,通过分析装备基础数据、装备体系结构和装备效能评价业务流程进行系统功能模块结构设计,分为装备展示子系统、装备体系管理子系统和装备效能评价子系统3个部分。系统效能评价采用模糊综合评价算法实现。结果:经第三方测试评估,系统所建装备体系和评估指标体系科学合理,评估方法得当,评价测试结果与实际计算结果相符,符合装备效能评价的实际需求。结论:该系统为公共卫生事件的紧急医学救援装备的选择提供了参考依据。
Objective To design an evaluation system which can provide important references and decision support for the effectiveness evaluation of emergency medical rescue equipment.Methods The system developed with B/S architecture had its functional module structure design executed through the analyses of equipment basic data,equipment system structure and equipment effectiveness evaluation process,which was composed of an equipment demonstration sub-system,an equipment system management sub-system and an equipment effectiveness evaluation sub-system.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for system effectiveness evaluation.Results The third-party testing and evaluation showed that the equipment system and evaluation index system developed gained advantages in rationality and evaluation method,and that the evaluation test had the results consistent with those by actual calculation results and met the actual needs of equipment effectiveness evaluation.Conclusion The system developed provides references for the selection of the emergency medical rescue equipment for public medical events.
