摘要 目的:为满足自然灾害发生时现场紧急医学救治的迫切需求,研制一种野外核磁诊断车。方法:野外核磁诊断车采用舱车分离的结构形式,其舱体采用固定方舱结构,通过进行磁体小型化与轻量化改进、磁体抗震与抗冲击设计、梯度线圈设计以及电磁屏蔽设计研发核磁共振成像系统。研制完成后对野外核磁诊断车进行基本性能试验和示范应用验证。结果:野外核磁诊断车的各项指标达到了设计要求,能满足野外条件下伤病员的核磁影像诊断要求。结论:野外核磁诊断车为野外现场对伤病员进行核磁影像检查提供了技术手段,提升了野外条件下伤病员现场紧急医学救治的能力。 Objective To develop a field MRI diagnosis vehicle to meet the requirements of on-site emergency medical treatment for natural disasters.Methods The field MRI diagnosis vehicle had a structure with a cab separated from a compartment.The cabin adopted a structure of fixed shelter,which had its MRI system developed by improving magnet in miniaturization and lightweight,vibration and impact resistant design,gradient coil design and electromagnetic shielding design.Basic performance tests and demonstration application were carried out on the vehicle developed.Results The vehicle had its performances meet the design requirements,which proved its feasibility for MRI diagnosis of the casualty in field conditions.Conclusion The vehicle developed provides technical means for casualty MRI diagnosis in field conditions,and enhances field emergency medical treatment of the casualty.
