摘要
基于多孔材料比表面积大、有利于热交换的特点,提出将多孔材料用于冷却散热的用途,并利用有限元分析软件FLUENT对二维平板结构的多孔材料冷却情况进行了模拟计算,计算分析不同冷却介质、不同冷却流量下多孔材料的冷却效果,并针对水冷时热力集中现象进行了方案优化。
Based on the large specific surface area of porous materials,which is conducive to heat exchange,this paper proposes the use of porous materials for cooling.The finite element analysis software FLUENT is used to simulate the cooling situation of porous materials in two-dimensional flat structure.The cooling effect of porous materials with different cooling media and cooling flow rate is calculated and analyzed,and the scheme optimization is carried out for the phenomenon of heat concentration during water cooling.
