摘要
随着齿轮箱的功率密度越来越高,齿轮箱作为动力传输系统中关键的部件之一,对整个列车的运行起到了至关重要的作用。因此,以某轨道交通齿轮箱为研究对象,研究齿轮箱功率损失和效率随转速、转矩、润滑油粘度的变化情况,并计算分析5种工况下齿轮箱效率的变化情况。
With the increasing power density of the gearbox,as one of the key components in the power transmission system,the gearbox plays a vital role in the operation of the whole train.Taking a rail transit gearbox as the research object,this paper studies the changes of power loss and efficiency of gearbox with speed,torque and lubricant viscosity,and calculates and analyzes the changes of gearbox efficiency under five working conditions.
