摘要
车门外板局部强度不足易产生缓凹缺陷,影响整车外观质量并会导致行驶过程中车内风噪声偏大问题。文章中介绍的某MPV车门外板在试生产中出现了缓凹缺陷,通过对比产品实际减薄率和用AutoForm仿真分析的减薄率,基本确定了是由于拉延不充分导致产品实际减薄率过小,使得局部塑形变形不足。通过调整模具结构,提高产品相关区域减薄率,增强了局部强度,有效解决了缓凹缺陷,并为解决汽车外覆盖件类似问题提供参考。
The insufficient local strength of the door outer panel is easy to produce dimple defects,and affect the appearance quality of the automobile and lead to the problem of excessive wind noise when the car is in motion.A MPV door outer panel introduced in this paper has dimple defect in the trial production.By comparing the actual thinning rate of the panel with the thinning rate simulated by AutoForm,it is basically determined that the actual thinning rate of the product is too small due to insufficient drawing,which makes the local plastic deformation insufficient.By adjusting the mold structure and improving the thinning rate of related areas of the product,the local strength is enhanced,the dimple defect was solved effectively,and the reference was provided for solving similar problems of automobile outer panel.
