摘要
目的探讨A型肉毒素联合曲安奈德对于增生性瘢痕的治疗效果。方法选取我科就诊的58名患者,按随机原则分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予单纯曲安奈德瘢痕内注射治疗,观察组则给予A型肉毒素联合曲安奈德注射治疗,分别在治疗前及治疗后1个月采用温哥华评分量表(Vancouver Scar Scale VSS)对瘢痕形态及外观进行评分,采用视觉模拟评分量表(Visual analogy scale VAS)对治疗前后的瘢痕痛、痒程度进行评分,以此比较两种治疗方法对瘢痕的治疗效果。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后对照组及观察组VSS、VAS评分明显低于(P<0.05),观察组VSS、VAS评分下降较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论A型肉毒素联合曲安奈德在抑制瘢痕增生以及减轻痛、痒程度方面优于单纯应用曲安奈德治疗。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of botulinum toxin A combined with triamcinolone acetonide on hypertrophic scar.Methods 58 patients in our department were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with intra cicatricial triamcinolone acetonide alone,and the treatment group was treated with intra cicatricial triamcinolone acetonide combined with botulinum toxin injection.After treatment,Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)was used to evaluate the morphology and appearance of scars.Visual analogy scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of scar pain and itching before and after treatment,and then to compare the therapeutic effect of the two methods on scar.Result After treatment,the scores of VSS and VAS in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of VSS and VAS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide combined with botulinum toxin A is superior to triamcinolone acetonide alone in inhibiting scar hyperplasia and relieving pain and itching.
