摘要
介绍了商用车车架高低差纵梁成形过程及参数测量,并使用Dynaform软件对冲压纵梁成形过程进行了有限元分析。理论与实际纵梁高低差位置偏差最终控制在2.6mm以内,纵梁越往前,高低差偏差越大。
The forming process and parameter measurement of longitudinal beam with height difference of commercial vehicle frame is introduced in this article,and the forming process of longitudinal beam is analyzed by Dynaform finite element.The deviation of height difference between theoretical and practical longitudinal beams is controlled with 2.6mm,the more fonvard of the longitudinal beam,the greater of the deviation.
