摘要
当工程材料拦阻系统应用于滨海(岛屿)机场时,其核心泡沫混凝土承受雨、海水长期浸泡或周期性干湿作用。系统研究普通泡沫混凝土外防水处理后,在清水、模拟海水与干湿循环制度中吸水率、形变与压溃强度的变化规律,并提出结合实际工况的服役寿命计算方法。研究表明:核心泡沫混凝土耐海水侵蚀性能较差,增加外防水措施后,干湿循环下的吸水率得到显著抑制,侵蚀120 d压溃强度仅降低了8.7%,远小于未做防水处理时53.7%的降幅。针对某特定服役工况,涂刷外防水材料后,服役寿命从6.9年提升至29.9年。
As the EMAS will be laid on the runway of a seaside airfield,the special working conditions will cause core foam concrete to withstand long-term immersion,periodic drying and wetting effects of rain or seawater.The change law of water absorption,deformation and crushing strength of ordinary foam concrete and which after external waterproofing treatment in clear water,simulated sea water and dry wet circulation system is studied systematically.The service life calculation method based on actual working conditions is proposed.The results show that the core foam concrete has poor seawater erosion resistance.After adding external waterproof measures,the water absorption under the dry wet cycle system was significantly inhibited,and the crushing strength of 120 days of erosion only decreased by 8.7%,which was far less than that of 53.7%without waterproof treatment.According to a certain service condition,the service life is increased from 6.9 years to 29.9 years after adding external waterproofing material.
