摘要
目的分析阿莫西林所导致的药物不良反应,并对其开展药学临床分析。方法选取2018年2月-2019年1月常德市妇幼保健院使用阿莫西林治疗的患者120例作为研究对象,其中出现药物不良反应患者有40例。对比分析患者的用药途径,并观察患者出现药物不良反应的时间及主要临床症状。结果 40例发生不良反应的患者中静脉给药有3例(7.5%),明显少于口服给药37例(92.5%);40例不良反应患者给药30 min内出现不良反应5例,给药30 min~1 d出现药物不良反应10例,给药1~7 d内出现药物不良反应20例,给药7~14 d内出现药物不良反应3例,给药14 d后出现药物不良反应2例,在给药1~7 d内出现药物不良反应的患者数量最多;患者出现的不良反应主要包括过敏反应19例(47.5%),消化系统不良反应9例(22.5%),神经系统不良反应6例(15.0%),其他不良反应6例(15.0%),过敏反应所占比例最高。结论患者采用阿莫西林药物进行治疗时,应选择合适的给药的方式,合理对患者用药,并密切观察患者的各种症状,尤其是要做好过敏反应的观察,并对出现不良反应的患者,采取积极、有效的干预措施,帮助患者摆脱痛苦。
Objective To explore and analyze the adverse drug reactions caused by amoxicillin,and to carry out pharmaceutical clinical analysis. Methods 120 patients treated with amoxicillin in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Changde City from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected for this study,of which 40 patients had adverse drug reactions. The medication route of 40 patients with adverse reactions was compared and analyzed,and the time and main clinical symptoms of the patients’ adverse reactions were observed. Results Among 40 patients with adverse reactions,3 cases( 7. 5%) of intravenous administration were significantly less than 37 cases( 92. 5%) of oral administration. In 40 patients with adverse reactions,5 cases of adverse reactions occurred within 30 minutes of administration,10 cases of adverse drug reactions occurred within 30 minutes to 1 d,20 cases of adverse drug reactions occurred within 1 ~ 7 days of administration,3 cases of adverse drug reactions occurred within 7 ~ 14 days,and 2 cases of adverse drug reactions occurred after administration 14 d. The largest number of patients with adverse drug reactions occurred within 1 ~ 7 days of administration. The main adverse reactions were allergic reactions in 19 cases( 47. 5%),digestive system adverse reactions in 9 cases( 22. 5%),nervous system adverse reactions in 6 cases( 15. 0%),and other adverse reactions in 6 cases( 15. 0%). Allergic reactions accounted for the highest proportion. Conclusion According to the results of this study,it can be confirmed that in the treatment of patients with amoxicillin,it is necessary to choose the appropriate way of drug administration for the patients,to use the drugs reasonably for the patients,and to closely monitor the patients’ symptoms,especially to observe the allergic reaction,and to actively take effective intervention measures for the patients with adverse reactions,so as to help the patients get rid of the pain.
