摘要
通过对货车车架模态和传递函数分析,验证了传递函数在反应结构固有动态特性方面与固有频率和振型有着类似的作用。当激励力方向与车架振型方向一致时,传递函数会在对应的固有频率附近产生峰值。通过计算车架横梁发动机位置到车架纵梁上6个点的传递函数,预测发动机激励对装载货物的影响。对优化后的车架重新进行传递函数计算,相同响应点的振动幅值下降12%,保障了车厢易碎货物安全。同时表明,可以利用传递函数对车架结构进行振动预测。
Through the analysis of the truck frame modal and transfer function,it is verified that the transfer function has a similar effect to the natural frequency and vibration mode in response to the inherent dynamic characteristics of the structure.When the direction of the excitation force coincides with the vibration mode direction of the frame,the transfer function will produce a peak near the corresponding natural frequency.By calculating the transfer function of the frame beam engine position to the six points on the longitudinal member,the impact of engine incentives on loading cargo may be obtained.Transfer function calculation is performed on the optimized frame and the vibration amplitude of the same response point is reduced by 12%.And the safety of fragile goods in the carriage is guaranteed.It also shows that the transfer function can be used to predict the vibration of the truck structure.
