摘要
目的探究细节护理应用在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者当中的临床效果。方法选择来我院进行治疗的肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者78例为本文的观察组,时间为2018年1月至2019年5月;另外选择来我院进行治疗的肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者78例为对照组,时间为2018年1月以前。两组患者常规进行治疗,观察组采用细节护理方法、对照组采用常规护理方法进行护理,比较不同护理方法所取得的效果。结果观察组患者治疗依从性为94.87%(74/78),对照组为84.62%(66/78)(P<0.05);观察组患者病情控制有效率为93.59%(73/78),对照组为82.05%(64/78)(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.41%(5/78),对照组为20.51%(16/78)(P<0.05);观察组满意度为97.44%(76/78),对照组为85.90%(67/78)(P<0.05);对两组患者经不同护理以后的生活质量进行比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者在进行临床护理的时候,应用细节护理可以有效地提升患者治疗的依从性,控制患者的病程,降低并发症的发生率,改善患者生活质量,提高满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of detailed nursing in patients with cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From January 2018 to May 2019,78 patients with cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who came to our hospital for treatment were selected as the observation group of this study.Now,cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal cirrhosis treated before our hospital in January 201878 patients with bleeding were used as the control group.The two groups were treated with routine therapy,the observation group adopted the detailed nursing method and the control group adopted the routine nursing method to compare the effect of different nursing methods.Results The compliance of patients in the observation group was 94.87%(74/78),and that in the control group was 84.62%(66/78),P<0.05.The effective rate of disease control in the observation group was 93.59%(73/78),and the control group was 82.05%(64/78),P<0.05;the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.41%(5/78),that in the control group was 20.51%(16/78),P<0.05;the satisfaction of the observation group was 97.44%(76/78),the control group was 85.90%(67/78),P<0.05;the quality of life of the two groups of patients after different nursing,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of detailed nursing in patients with cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
