摘要
目的探讨人文关怀护理对肝癌手术患者睡眠质量以及情绪的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连市大连大学附属新华医院普外一科收治的80例肝癌手术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例患者提供传统护理方法,试验组40例患者在上述护理的基础上加用人文关怀护理。采用抑郁和焦虑自评量表比较两组肝癌手术患者并对抑郁和焦虑情绪进行评价,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数对两组患者的睡眠质量进行评价。结果试验组患者抑郁、焦虑量表评分较对照组低(P<0.05);两组患者护理前睡眠指数比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);护理后试验组患者睡眠指数评分低于护理前及对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理干预肝癌手术患者睡眠质量以及情绪的效果显著,患者临床症状消失快,可提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of humanistic care on the quality of life and mood of patients undergoing liver cancer surgery.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 cases of liver cancer patients in the first department of general surgery of Affiliated Xinhua Hospital of Dalian University,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group of 40 patients to provide traditional care methods.The 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with humanistic care on the basis of the above-mentioned care.The depression and anxiety mood were used to observe and compare the two groups of patients,and to evaluate the depression and anxiety of patients.Pittsburgh sleep quality index was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the two groups of patients.Results The scores of depression and anxiety scale of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the comparison of the sleep index of the two groups before nursing was not significant(P>0.05);the score of the sleep index of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that before nursing And the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care has a significant effect on the quality of life and mood of patients undergoing liver cancer surgery.
