摘要
目的探究优质护理在甲状腺手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年4月至2019年4月进行甲状腺手术治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组围手术期实施常规护理,研究组围手术期实施优质护理,比较两组患者的各项手术指标、术后并发症发生率以及对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组手术时间、术后住院时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、术后并发症发生率、对护理工作的满意度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期实施优质护理干预,能够有效提升甲状腺手术患者的手术效果,缓解患者的不良情绪,降低术后并发症的发生率,促进良好医患关系的建立。
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in perioperative period of thyroid surgery.Methods Ninety thyroid patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the study group performed high-quality nursing during the perioperative period.The two groups of various surgical indicators,postoperative complications and satisfaction with nursing work were compared.Results The study group’s operation time,postoperative hospitalization time,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,postoperative complication rate,and satisfaction score for nursing work were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention during the perioperative period can effectively improve the surgical effect of patients undergoing thyroid surgery,alleviate the patients’bad mood,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and promote the establishment of a good doctor-patient relationship.
