摘要
目的分析子午流注穴位贴敷对血液透析患者胃肠道症状的影响。方法此次研究选择2018年6月至2020年7月在我院进行规律血液透析的住院患者中,伴有胃肠道症状的病例共60例为研究对象。将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各有患者30例。治疗组采用常规中西药治疗+子午流注穴位敷贴治疗,对照组采用常规中西药治疗。对比两组患者的胃肠道症状治疗效果、不良反应发生情况和生活质量。结果与对照组相比,治疗组患者的胃肠道症状治疗总有效率和生活质量明显升高(P<0.05),且不良反应发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论对出现胃肠道症状的血液透析患者实施子午流注穴位贴敷治疗,对胃肠道症状的改善具有显著效果,且用药安全性高。
Objective To analyze the effect of meridian flow injection application on gastrointestinal symptoms in hemodialysis patients.Methods From June 2018 to July 2020,sixty cases with gastrointestinal symptoms were selected as the subjects.It was randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine for meridian flow injection acupoint application,and the control group was treated with conventional Chinese and western medicine.The effect of gastrointestinal symptoms,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and quality of life of the treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of meridian flow injection acupoint application in hemodialysis patients with gastrointestinal symptoms has remarkable effect on the improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms and high safety of medication.
