摘要
刘沈林教授长期临证总结出食管癌为本虚标实之疾,气结、痰瘀及津亏三大病理因素在疾病发展的始末常相互错杂,扮演重要角色,治疗上以“复法”为准则,和降胃气、化痰散瘀、甘凉濡润指导遣方用药,并整体调治,效果显著。文章旨在总结刘教授中医治疗食管癌的经验,与读者共飨,并附医案1则以佐证。
Professor LIU Shenlin concluded that esophageal cancer is the syndrome of deficiency and excess for a long time,and the three pathological factors of qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis and fluid deficiency are often mixed with each other and play an important role in the development of the disease.Treatment with compound method as the criterion,and reducing stomach qi,resolving phlegm and dissipating blood stasis,cool and moisturizing to guide the use of medicine,and overall regulation and treatment,the effect is remarkable.The purpose of this article is to summarize Professor LIU’s experience in the treatment of esophageal cancer with readers,together with a medical record as evidence.
