摘要
目的调查成人重症患者转出ICU后短期内健康相关生活质量(HRQOL)的水平及其影响因素。方法用便利抽样法选取我院ICU住院患者为研究对象,在患者转出ICU后1个月采用SF-36量表进行电话随访。结果共随访ICU转出患者253名,HRQOL总分为(67.21±15.68)分,其中生理健康得分为(62.68±18.64)分,心理健康得分为(71.74±16.40)分;生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能和情感职能得分均显著低于中国人群常模(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、性别、文化程度是ICU转出患者HRQOL的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论重症患者转出ICU后短期内HRQOL处于偏低水平,且生理健康水平显著低于心理健康。医护人员应重视重症患者转出ICU后短期内的生活质量及其影响因素,并采取针对性的干预措施,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the short-term health related quality of life(HRQOL)in ICU survivors and its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to recruit ICU patients in our hospital.Telephone follow-up was performed 1 month after the patients were transferred out of the ICU using the SF-36 scale.Results Atotal of 253 patients discharged from ICU were followed up.The total HRQOL score was(67.21±15.68),including physical health score(62.68±18.64)and mental health score(71.74±16.40).The scores of physiological function,physical pain,social function and emotional function were significantly lower than those of Chinese population norm(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression showed that gender,age and educational level were the major influential factors of HRQOL in ICU discharged patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The HRQOL level is lower in the short time after ICU discharge,and the level of physical health is significantly lower than that of mental health.The medical staff should pay attention to the quality of life and its influencing factors in the short time after ICU discharge,and take targeted intervention measures to promote the recovery of the patients.
