摘要
21世纪,我国的建筑业得到了良好的增长,是拉动国民经济增长的重要力量。然而随着建筑行业的规模越来越大,同发达国家的建筑业相比,我国的建筑业也存在一些问题,尤其在建筑企业的管理和技术水平上还有较大差距。在建筑工程的现场管理上,要通过科学的管理,合理的措施来保障建筑工程质量、安全、进度、造价等各方面的平衡关系,这样才会使整个建筑行业走向更高质量的发展,本文针对建筑工程土建现场施工中存在的部分问题,提出一些优化策略,为提高建筑工程的现场施工管理水平起到一定作用。
In the 21st century,China's construction industry has achieved good growth,which is an important force driving the growth of the national economy.However,as the scale of the construction industry becomes larger and larger,compared with the construction industry in developed countries,China's construction industry also has some problems,especially in the management and technical level of construction enterprises.In the on-site management of construction projects,scientific management and reasonable measures must be taken to ensure the balance of construction project quality,safety,schedule,cost and other aspects,so as to enable the entire construction industry to move towards a higher quality development.Aiming at some of the problems existing in the construction of civil engineering on-site,some optimization strategies are proposed,which play a certain role in improving the level of on-site construction management of construction engineering.
