摘要
针对海上突发落水事故时,遇险人员报警求救困难的问题,设计一款基于北斗RNSS定位技术及RDSS短报文通信功能的小型落水求救终端设备。设备适合救生衣穿戴并具有跌落或遇水自启动的功能,当人员突发落水事故时,设备会自动开机并把包含落水人员位置的求救信息发送至海上救援中心,从而进行精准快速的救援,对于保障各类水上人员的生命安全具有重要意义。
In view of the difficulty of alarm and rescue for the people in distress in case of a sudden falling water accident at sea,a small-scale terminal equipment for water falling rescue based on the positioning technology of Beidou RNSS and RDSS short message communication function is designed.The equipment is suitable for life jackets to wear and has the function of falling or self starting in case of water.When a person falls into water,the equipment automatically starts and sends the information of the person who has been in the water to the marine rescue center,so as to get accurate and rapid rescue,which is of great significance to ensure the life safety of all kinds of water personnel.
