摘要
喙核桃(Annamocarya sinensis)为胡桃目(Juglandales)胡桃科(Juglandaceae)落叶乔木。其树皮及外果皮可提取单宁,果壳可制作活性炭,种仁的含油率较高,在食用和工业方面应用广泛;木材材质优良,可用于制作乐器等。该文从形态特征、分类地位、自然分布、繁育、分子辅助、光合特性以及资源保护等方面对喙核桃的研究现状进行综述,对当前喙核桃的研究、保护及应用提出建议并进行展望,以期为喙核桃的相关研究奠定基础。
Annamocarya sinensis is deciduous tree of Juglandaceae in Juglandales.Bark and exocarp can be used to extract tannin.Shell can be used to produce activated carbon.Seed kernel has high oil content,which can be widely used in edible and industrial applications.Wood is good material and can be used as musical instruments.In this paper,present status of A.sinensis research was summarized from aspects of morphological characteristics,taxonomic status,natural distribution,breeding,molecular assisted study,photosynthetic characteristics and resource con⁃servation.Suggestions and prospects for current research,protection and application of A.sinensis were put forward in order to lay a foundation for related research of A.sinensis.
