摘要
为了实现对电容器高温老化设备的校准,论文以LabVIEW为开发语言,NI公司的PXI仪器模块为硬件平台,结合专用校准板和外接仪表,依据《环境试验设备温度、湿度校准规范》(JJF 1101-2003)、《数字多用表校准规范》(JJG 1587-2016)、《直流稳定电源校准规范》(JJF 1597-2016),开发了电容器高温老化设备校准系统;文中讲述了系统的整体构成、硬件组成、软件设计以及数据处理。进行了老化设备的温度、电源和漏电流的校准实验,在EXCEL中生成报表及校准结果,结果符合标准要求。
In order to realize the calibration of capacitor burn-in equipment,this paper uses LabVIEW as developing lan⁃guage,and PXI modules is used as hardware platform,calibration board and external instrument are combined.According to"Cali⁃bration Specification for the Equipment of the Environmental testing for Temperature and Humidity","Calibration Specification for Multimeters","Calibration Specification for DC Stabilized Power Supplies",calibration system of capacitor burn-in equipment is developed.This article discusses structure of the whole system and hardware,its software design and data processing.Experiment on temperature,DC power and leakage current calibration has been made,report can be generated in EXCEL,and the result meets the standard.
