摘要
对实际运行中货物系统温度、压力、充分等参数进行监控,利用称重法,选取单个货舱,按照IGC规则计算蒸发率,考虑到蒸发率通常会受到液罐隔热的导热系数、LNG组分、环境温度、液罐压力、充灌率、船舶状态等因素的影响,对计算蒸发率进行修正,得到货舱的实际蒸发率。
By monitoring the temperature,pressure,full capacity and other parameters of the cargo system in actual operation,the weighing method was used to calculate the evaporation rate of a single cargo hold according to the IGC rules.Because the evaporation rate is usually affected by the thermal conductivity of the liquid tank insulation,LNG components,environmental temperature,liquid tank pressure,filling rate,ship state and so on,the actual evaporation rate of cargo hold could be obtained by modifying the calculated evaporation rate.
