摘要
目的分析广西城乡居民《中国居民膳食指南》(下称《指南》)的知晓率,及其对居民膳食结构的影响。方法利用2015年中国成人慢性病与营养监测广西的数据,选择18~75岁居民为对象,分析居民对《指南》、食用油和食盐推荐摄入量的知晓情况,探讨《指南》对居民膳食结构的影响。结果广西城乡居民《指南》知晓率为8.6%,不同地区、不同性别、不同年龄段、不同职业、不同文化程度居民《指南》知晓率差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),《指南》知晓率城镇高于农村,女性高于男性,随年龄增加而下降,汉族居民高于壮族及其他民族,文化程度越高《指南》知晓率越高,未婚者知晓率较高,机关、事业单位人员和离退休人员知晓率较高。知晓《指南》居民食盐推荐摄入量知晓率55.1%,正确回答率为84.0%;食用油推荐摄入量知晓率24.6%,正确率回答率为76.3%。知晓《指南》的城镇居民膳食结构中干豆及豆制品、蔬菜、水果、禽肉、奶及其制品和蛋类的消费量高于不知晓《指南》的居民(均P<0.05)。结论广西城乡居民《指南》知晓率低,食用油和食盐的推荐摄入量知晓率不高,《指南》能促进居民的合理膳食,应继续加强尤其是农村地区《指南》的宣教干预。[营养学报,2021,43(1):22-26]
Objective To investigate the awareness of the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents(Dietary Guidelines in short) and its influence on the dietary structure among urban and rural residents in Guangxi Province, China. Methods We analyzed the data from the 2015 China Nutrition and Health Survey in Guangxi Province. A total of 6654 subjects were included, and questionnaire was used to collect information on awareness. Three-day 24-hour dietary recalls were used to collect information about all foods consumed. Results The awareness rate of Dietary Guidelines was 8.3% for urban and rural residents in Guangxi. There were significant differences in different regions, genders, age groups, occupation and educational groups(P<0.05). The awareness rate of Dietary Guidelines was higher in female, younger, higher education level, government organization and retired residents. The awareness rate of Han nationality residents was higher than the residents of Zhuang nationality and other ethnic groups. About 55.1% of participants knew the recommended intake of salt, and 84.3% of them answered the question correctly. About 24.8% of participants knew the recommended intake of cooking oil, and 76.3% of them answered the question correctly. Intakes of dried beans and soybean products, vegetables, fruits, poultry meat, milk and its products and eggs were higher among those urban residents who knew the Dietary Guidelines than those who did not know(P<0.05). Conclusion The awareness rate of Dietary Guidelines was low in urban and rural residents in Guangxi Province. The awareness rate of recommended nutrient intakes of cooking oil and salt was low in residents. Dietary Guidelines can promote the rational diet among residents.
