摘要
对汕尾市区供水现状、应急备用供水指标、应急备用供水时间进行分析的基础上,以基准年生活、工业及城镇公共用水量为参考,通过人口预测、国民经济发展预测,结合定额标准,研究确定工程供水规模,建设以青年水库为水源的供水工程。工程建成后将会进一步完善汕尾市城区水源保障体系,并为其他城市应急备用水源建设提供参考。
Urban emergency standby water source is the most effective measure to resist sudden pollution incidents and extreme weather such as drought.Based on the analysis of water supply status,emergency standby water supply index and emergency standby water supply time in Shanwei city,taking the domestic,industrial and urban public water consumption in the base year as reference,through population forecast,national economic development forecast and quota standard,the water supply scale of the project is determined,and the water supply project with Youth Reservoir as water source is constructed.After the completion of the project,it will further improve the water source security system in Shanwei city and provide reference value for the construction of emergency standby water sources in other cities.
