摘要
目的了解象征性游戏(SPT)在18~36月龄儿童孤独症筛查中的应用价值。方法共有542例18~36月龄儿童参与该项研究,其中孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿117例为ASD组,语言发育迟缓组203例为对照组1;正常儿童222例为对照组2。3组均做SPT、Gesell智力评估,比较各组问象征性游戏能力和Gesell婴幼儿发育水平,并探究象征性游戏能力的对ASD儿童的早期筛查作用。结果正常对照组的SPT发育年龄和智力发育年龄基本一致(t=-0.71、1.14、0.15,P>0.05)。语言发育迟缓组的智力发育年龄明显落后于实际月龄(t=3.39、7.98、13.13,P<0.05),年龄越大差异越明显;但SPT的发育年龄3岁前并没有明显落后(t=-0.796、-0.187,P>0.05),仅在30~35月龄组出现差异(t=-5.42,P<0.05)。结论 SPT操作简单,可为语言发育迟缓及ASD儿童的早期识别提供线索。
Objective To investigate the application value of symbolic play( SPT) in autism screening of children aged 18-36 months.Methods A total of 542 children aged 18-36 months participated in the study,117 children with autism spectrum disorder( ASD) were assigned to ASD group and 203 children with language retardation were assigned to control group 1 222 normal children were selected as control group 2. SPT and Gesell intelligence assessment were performed in the three groups. Symbolic play ability and Gesell infant development level were compared in each group,and the early screening effect of symbolic play ability on ASD children was explored. Results The age of SPT development and intelligence development in normal control group were basically the same( t =-0. 71,1. 14,0. 15,P>0. 05). The age of intelligence development in language development retardation group was significantly lower than that of the actual month( t = 3. 39,7. 98,13. 13,P<0. 05),the greater the age difference was,However,the development age of SPT was not significantly backward before the age of3 years( t =-0. 796,-0. 187,P>0. 05),but there was only difference between 30-35 months old group( t =-5. 42,P<0. 05). Conclusion SPT is simple and can provide clues for language development retardation and early recognition of ASD children.
