摘要
列宁权力监督思想的主要内容有:发挥主体作用,增强对领导干部的制约监督;统一监察职权,加强监督机关的独立性和权威性;重视党群关系,吸收来自社会各方面的监督力量;建设监察队伍,优化权力监督的法制建设。这对我国纪检监察工作有很大的借鉴价值和启迪,我国纪检监察工作应从加强纪律建设,重视思想政治教育工作;深入决策环节,提高监察机关的相对独立性;树立“公仆意识”,将监察工作置于人民群众当中;严肃党的纪律,遵守法律法规等方面来加强对权力运行的制约和监督。
Lenin’s thought of power supervision concerns: giving full play to the role of the subject, and strengthening the governing and supervision of the leading cadres;unifying the supervision authority, and strengthening the independence and authority of the supervision department;attaching importance to the relationship between the party and the masses, and pulling the supervision forces from all aspects of society;building the supervision team, and optimizing the legal construction of power supervision. This is highly enlightening to the discipline inspection and supervision work in the new era in our country. To regulate the power supervision, it is necessary to strengthen the discipline construction and attach importance to the ideological and political education work, improve the relative independence of the supervision department in the decision making process, establish the "public servant consciousness", and strictly abide by laws and regulations.
