工业级竖直上升管内煤粉密相气力输送研究 被引量:6

摘要 在自主搭建的工业级管径(内径50 mm)的气力输送实验平台上,开展煤粉密相气力输送实验,同时借助计算颗粒流体动力学(CPFD)的数值模拟方法,研究不同表观气速下竖直上升管道内煤粉的输送特性和流型特征。随着表观气速的增加,电容层析成像技术(ECT)和CPFD数值模拟都表明,竖直上升管内的煤粉气固两相流依次呈现满管流、环状流和悬浮流的输送流型。相应地,单位管长压降呈先减小后增大的趋势。研究发现:气固流动的颗粒速度、浓度和管道压降等实验测试结果和模拟预测结果吻合良好,表明CPFD的数值模拟方法既能正确预测流型发展趋势,又能定量获得压力、速度、浓度等输送特征参数。 The experimental study of pulverized coal dense plase conveying was carried out on the self-built pneumatic conveying facility with an industrial-scale pipe diameter of 50 mm.Further,the numerical simulation approach of computational particle fluid dynamics(CPFD)was used to study the conveying characteristics and flow pattern characteristics of pulverized coal in vertical pipe under different superficial gas velocities.The results show that with the increase of superficial gas velocity,flow patterns of pulverized coal in the vertical pipe measured by electrical capacitance tomography(ECT)and predicted by numerical simulation both presentfull pipe flow,annular flow and suspension flow in turn.Accordingly,the pressure drop per unit length of vertical pipe decreases to a certain extent and then increases gradually.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results indicating that the CPFD method can not only correctly predict the development trend of flow pattern,but also quantitatively predict the conveying parameters including pressure,velocity and concentration.
