摘要
目的:探讨联用针刺法和远景针刀法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年7月期间钦州市中医医院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象。根据这些患者是否接受远景针刀治疗将其分为甲组和乙组。对甲组的40例患者进行针刺治疗,对乙组的40例患者进行针刺联合远景针刀治疗。治疗14 d后,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率、日本骨科协会评估治疗量表(JOA)的评分、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)的评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)的评分。结果:乙组患者治疗的总有效率高于甲组患者,P<0.05;其JOA的评分、VAS的评分、ODI的评分均低于甲组患者,P<0.05。结论:联用针刺法和远景针刀法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果较为理想,可有效地缓解此病患者的疼痛症状,提高其腰椎功能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of combined acupuncture and remote acupotomology in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.METHODS:A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Qinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the subjects.Patients were divided into groups A and B based on whether or not they received long-term acupotomology.40 patients in group A received acupuncture therapy,and 40 patients in group B received acupuncture combined with long-term acupotomology therapy.After 14 days of treatment,the total response rate,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation Treatment Scale(JOA)score,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:The total effective rate of group B was higher than group A(P<0.05).Joa score,VAS score and ODI score were all lower than those of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and acupotomy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has an ideal effect,which can effectively relieve the pain symptoms and improve the function of lumbar sp ine.
