摘要
采用水热法制备锌镁铝水滑石前驱体,经500℃焙烧得到Zn-Mg-Al复合金属氧化物(ZnMgAl-LDO)吸附材料。通过XRD、SEM、FTIR等对其结构特征及形貌进行表征。以难降解的有机染料刚果红为模拟污染物,研究ZnMgAl-LDO的吸附性能,并对吸附过程的动力学和等温线进行了探讨。结果表明,在25℃,pH值为7.02条件下,40 mg的ZnMgAl-LDO对200 mL初始质量浓度为40 mg/L刚果红溶液的去除率为97.86%。ZnMgAl-LDO对刚果红的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,为表面单分子层吸附。经3次循环使用后,对刚果红的去除率仍能达到90%以上。
The precursor of ZnMgAl-LDHs was first prepared by hydrothermal method.Zn-Mg-Al composite metal oxides(ZnMgAl-LDO)as an original adsorption material was derived from ZnMgAl-LDHs after calcination at 500℃.The structural characteristics and morphology were thoroughly characterized by XRD,SEM and FTIR.The adsorption performance of the ZnMgAl-LDO was investigated by using Congo red which was a refractory organic dye,as a simulated pollutant.The adsorption kinetics and isotherm were also discussed.The results indicated that percentage of adsorption reached 97.86%under conditions of 200 mL initial mass concentration was 40 mg/L Congo red,40 mg adsorbent,pH 7.02 and 25℃.The adsorption process of Congo red by ZnMgAl-LDO can be described by the pseudo-second-order kinetics and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model,and it is surface monolayer adsorption.The removal rate of Congo red can still reach more than 90%with after three cycles.
