摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)模式联合延续性护理模式在急性阑尾炎患者术后的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的急性阑尾炎患者113例,分为观察组(58例)和对照组(55例)。两组患者均采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术。对照组术后予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加CNP模式联合延续性护理模式。比较两组护理满意度、并发症发生率、肠鸣音时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、首次排便时间、住院时间及疼痛程度(VAS评分)。结果观察组肠鸣音时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、首次排便时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后1 d、3 d观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性阑尾炎患者术后予以CNP模式联合延续性护理模式有助于缓解术后疼痛,降低并发症发生风险,促进康复,提升患者对护理服务的认可度。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)mode combined with continuous nursing mode in patients after acute appendicitis operation.Methods A total of 113 patients with acute appendicitis in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(58 cases)and control group(55 cases).Both groups of patients underwent laparoscopic appendectomy.The control group received routine nursing after operation,and the observation group added CNP mode combined with continuous nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction rate,complication rate,bowel sound time,time of first anal exhaust,time of getting out of bed,time of defecation,time of hospitalization and degree of pain(VAS score)were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group’s bowel sounds time,the time of first anus exhaust,time of getting out of bed,the time of defecation,and the time of hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score of the observation group was lower than those of the control group 1 and 3 days after operation(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CNP mode combined with the continuous nursing mode for patients after acute appendicitis operation can help relieve postoperative pain,reduce the risk of complications,promote recovery and improve patients’acceptance of nursing services.
