摘要
研究一种上进风内滤式袋式除尘器,通过数值模拟分析改造除尘器的结构,以提高除尘器内部气流组织均匀性以及过滤效率。利用试验数据对仿真模型进行验证,并以流量分配系数、综合流量不均匀幅值、滤袋表面过滤风速为评价指标,对入口风速为5.0m/s时的袋式除尘器内部流场进行模拟分析。结果表明:当除尘器进、排气口异侧分布时,除尘器内部各滤袋的综合流量不均匀幅值较小,表面过滤风速较低,内部流场气流较均匀;当除尘器进、排气口同侧分布且在进气口增设导流板时,除尘器内部流场的气流均匀性以及各滤袋表面过滤风速的均匀性得到改善,能够提高除尘器的过滤效率,是一种较为合理的除尘器结构。
An upward-flow internal bag filter was studied and the structure of the filter was modified by numerical simulation to improve the internal airflow uniformity and filtration efficiency of the filter.The simulation model was validated based on the experimental data.The internal flow field of the bag filter at an inlet wind speed of 5.0 m/s was simulated and analyzed using the flow distribution coefficient,the integrated uneven flow amplitude and the filter wind speed at the bag surface as evaluation indicators.The results show that:when the filter inlet and outlet are distributed on different sides,the integrated flow rate of each filter bag inside the filter is small,the surface filtration wind speed is low,and the airflow in the internal flow field is uniform;when the inlet and outlet are distributed on the same side and a baffle is added at the air inlet,the airflow uniformity of the internal flow field and the surface filtration wind speed of each filter bag are improved,which can improve the filtration efficiency and the structure is more reasonable for the bag filter.
