摘要
在全球化快速发展的背景下,各种新型互联网技术不断更新。在现代经济环境下,各企业生产规模不断扩大,且生产技术更为繁杂,这对企业管理工作带来一定挑战。若企业不具备良好的战略管理方针,则极易影响企业自身的竞争力,进而对企业造成不良影响。对此,论文分析现代经济环境下企业面临的挑战,并研究新的企业战略管理方法,以供参考。
In the context of the rapid development of globalization,various new internet technologies are constantly being updated.In the modern economic environment,the scale of production of various enterprises continues to expand,and the production technology is more complicated,which brings certain challenges to enterprise management work.If the enterprise does not have a good strategic management policy,it will easily affect the competitiveness of the enterprise itself,and then cause adverse effects on the enterprise.In this regard,the paper analyzes the challenges faced by the enterprise in the modern economic environment and studies new enterprise strategic management methods,for reference.
