摘要
公共租赁住房作为社会保障住房供应体系的重要组成部分,在解决农民工住房困难的同时,其模式也发生了相应的变化。通过全面分析公租房模式实施的利弊发现,其会带来一系列的社会效益。总体来看,上海市对公共租赁住房的需求很大。鉴于现阶段的实际情况,应充分发挥政府、企业和非营利组织的供给动力,采用“供需平衡”的方法满足农民工对公共租赁住房的需求。
Public rental housing is an important part of the social security housing supply system.While solving the housing difficulties of migrant workers,its mode has also undergone corresponding changes.Through a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of public rental housing mode,it is found that it will bring a series of social benefits.On the whole,there is a great demand for public rental housing in Shanghai City.In view of the actual situation at this stage,we should give full play to the supply power of the government,enterprises and non-profit organizations,and adopt the method of"balance of supply and demand"to meet the demand of migrant workers for public rental housing.
