摘要
由于现代建筑需要满足功能、美观、环保、节能等多方面要求,建筑工程信息化、集约化发展成为必然趋势。在项目前期运用BIM技术进行信息化模型建立、检查与优化设计、工程量统计、场景渲染与进度模拟,能够达到多专业协同、提高施工效率、节约资源的目的。结合项目实例,提出在项目前期应用BIM技术的整体流程;统筹考虑项目内部绩效和外部绩效,利用ANP-Fuzzy综合评价法对项目的绩效进行评估。结果表明,在项目前期规范科学应用BIM技术的某商业广场地下室项目综合绩效良好,且在技术应用和环境影响中表现突出。
Because modern buildings need to meet the requirements of function,beauty,environmental protection,energy saving,etc.,the informational and intensive development of construction engineering becomes inevitable.In the preliminary stage of a project,BIM is applied for information model establishment,design review and optimization,quantity statistics,scene rendering and construction progress simulation,which can achieve the multi-specialty coordination,improving construction efficiency and saving resources.Combined with the true project,the whole flow of applying BIM in the preliminary stage is proposed.Comprehensively considering the internal and external performance of the project,the ANP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is utilized to evaluate the project performance.The result shows that the basement project of a commercial plaza that applies BIM technology normatively and scientifically in the preliminary stage achieves good performance and is outstanding in the technology application and environmental effect.
