摘要
职业技能竞赛深化了职业教育教学改革,推动了产教融合、校企合作,促进了人才培养和产业发展的结合。本文以福州职业技术学院为例,从职业技能竞赛组织工作中存在的问题为切入点,分析如何更合理更科学的进行职业技能竞赛组织管理,从而提升学校竞赛成绩。
Vocational skills competition deepens the teaching reform of vocational education, promotes the integration of industry and education, school enterprise cooperation, and promotes the combination of talent training and industrial development. This article takes Fuzhou Polytechnic as an example, analyzes how to carry out the organization and management of vocational skills competition more reasonably and scientifically from the exiting problems in the organization of vocational skills competition, so as to improve the school competition results.
